Reference is made the fact that Dimet (Siam) Public Company Limited ("The company") offered a total of 40 million shares to the public during the period from January 10 to 11 and 14, 2008, at the price of Baht 1.00 per share and received an increased capital approximately Baht 35.74 Million (after deduction of relevant expenditure). The detail of the utilization of IPO capital as of December 31, 2009 is as followed;
